A perimenopause & menopause OS

Welcome to
the age of
knowing yourself.

A hormonal intelligence platform built for the years
no one prepared you for.

Founding cohort · limited seats · founding-member rate locked for life

01 · The problem

The average woman spends a third of her life in perimenopause and beyond — and almost none of it prepared for.

Doctors get 60 minutes of menopause training in medical school. Search engines send you to forums. Your mother, if you’re lucky, offers a shrug. We built Knowher because the version of care that exists is not care — it’s guesswork.

  • 85%of women experience symptoms
  • 1 in 3will develop cardiovascular disease post-menopause
  • 60 minaverage menopause training in med school

02 · What it is

Five things, working together, that finally add up to knowing yourself.

01

Symptom tracking
& prediction

Log what you feel; Knowher connects it back to your cycle, your sleep, your stress — and tells you what’s likely coming next week, not what happened last month.

02

Wearable
syncing

Apple Health, Oura, Garmin, Whoop. Your HRV, temperature, sleep, and activity feed a single hormonal picture — no more twelve apps that don’t talk to each other.

03

1:1
coaching

Access to menopause-trained coaches and hormone specialists. Not chatbots. Not “wellness advisors.” Actual clinicians who’ve seen this before.

04

Education
that respects you

Short, sourced, adult explanations of what’s actually happening in your body. Written by clinicians, edited by women who’ve lived it.

05

Community
— the reason it works

Every other menopause app treats community as a feature. We treat it as the medicine. Peer circles, moderated conversations, and a room of women asking the exact question you were about to type. Loneliness compounds every perimenopausal symptom; belonging measurably reverses that.

03 · Why community

Menopause is a medical condition and a social one.

Perimenopausal women report the highest rates of loneliness of any life stage after widowhood. That isolation isn’t incidental — it drives depression, sleep collapse, and cardiovascular risk. We built the platform around community for the same reason we built it around clinicians: because the evidence says both are required.

  • Small, matched peer circles
  • Moderated by trained facilitators
  • Anonymous by default
  • Never a public feed. Never an algorithm.

04 · How it works

Three weeks in, Knowher knows your pattern.
Three months in, it can predict it.

  1. Week 01

    Baseline

A 12-minute intake with a clinician. Connect a wearable. Set the symptoms you care about most.

  2. Week 02

    Pattern

Daily one-tap check-ins. Knowher starts to correlate hot flashes with sleep debt, mood with cortisol, joint pain with cycle phase.

  3. Week 03

    Signal

Your first hormonal report. What’s cyclical, what’s trending, what to bring to your next clinician visit.

  4. Month 03

    Prediction

Knowher tells you what your next two weeks are likely to look like — and what levers move it.

05 · Roadmap

Phase 2: cardiovascular intelligence.

Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in women, and menopause is the single most predictive life stage for it. Almost no product treats the two as connected. We do. Phase 2 brings continuous cardiovascular monitoring into the Knowher platform — cholesterol, blood pressure, HRV, and hormone data in one place, with clinician-reviewed alerts when something is changing.

Now
Hormonal intelligence

Tracking, prediction, coaching, education, community.

Phase 2
Cardiovascular monitoring

The menopause × cardiology intersection, in one product.

Phase 3
Longevity & bone

Bone density, muscle mass, cognitive baselines — the second half of life, measured.

06 · Why we’re building this

“We started Knowher because the version of care we needed didn’t exist, and the women we love kept telling us theirs didn’t either. We’re building the platform we wish had been waiting for us.”

— Des Trueblood & Natalia Salter, co-founders

Your data is never sold. Ever. Export or delete anything, any time.

Built by women who’ve lived it

07 · Questions

What people ask us first.

When does the app launch?

The founding cohort begins onboarding this quarter. Waitlist members get first access, a founding-member rate locked for life, and our perimenopause field guide delivered to their inbox this month.

Who is Knowher for?

Women in perimenopause, menopause, or the years leading in. If you’re between 35 and 60 and your body is doing things it didn’t use to, you’re who we built this for.

Is this a replacement for my doctor?

No. Knowher makes the appointment you already have better — you show up with data, patterns, and questions instead of vague symptoms.

How do you handle my data?

Encrypted, never sold, exportable, deletable. We treat health data the way we would want ours treated — because ours is in here too.

How much does it cost?

Founding cohort pricing is disclosed at invitation. It is meaningfully lower than what the platform will list for at general launch, and that rate stays locked as long as you stay a member.

Be among the first to
know yourself.

Join the founding cohort. We’re opening the platform to a small group of women first — and we’d like you to be one of them.
